For insurance claims we have the following special arrangements:

1. InstaClaim@jrpolgars.com e-mail address for all communications regarding any insurance claim.

2. Special secure storage arrangements. We have secure internal storage set aside for our clients needs. Environmentally controlled including heated, Air Conditioned, Dehumidifier, Air Filtration, Fire & smoke alarms, Security Systems monitored & physical daily inspections are carried out.

3. Special handling and transport available for all manner of goods. As needed items are pre-processed at intake, dried, mold/mildew treated, ozone treated & processed. Conservation/Restoration of Antiquities as required are flagged for further special processing. All items are processed from "in-take" at our state of the art restoration facility in Clearwater, FL, then processed through to completion and placed delivered or placed our secure storage as needed pending final delivery requirements of the client. Special needs clients please request additional information on a project by project basis including special 3rd party services. Special security needs can be met with surveillance and armed security if required.
