QUALITY:  It must meet our stringent standard before our name goes on it.  Of course, the end customer is always the final judge of that.  Which is why our customers keep coming back to us again and again, year after year.  They know in advance what to expect and that we will deliver only the best.

INTEGRITY:  Maintain honesty on all levels, in communications, workmanship, product usage, services provided and billings.  If we can come in under budget, we lower the final invoice.  If we say we strip and refinish, we take it to the wood.  If you only need partial service, we only recommend partial, if we might forget something we tell you we forgot and get back on task, if we tell you it's solid teak, it's going to be solid teak.  There is NO fine print anywhere.
